The purpose of this Workshop?
With rising food costs and the thought that eating healthier is too complicated or boring, what can one do but fall victim to the processed food industry.
Is it possible to eat healthy on a limited budget?... Yes! Is it possible to eat healthier even when our time is limited?... Yes! Can healthy food satisfy my palate?... Yes! Can healthy food taste good?... Yes! Eating well isn't as complicated as it seems. We have certainly taken the purpose of food from bringing life to our body (feeding our cells, organs and tissues) to a whole new level by altering it in a lab and presenting it as "good for you". We have learned many of these misconceptions in Workshop #1. We have adulterated food to such an extreme that our taste buds aren't satisfied until our foods are salted, sugared, dyed and ladened with unhealthy fats and fillers. What have we done to ourselves? If you are sick and tired of being fooled... If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired... Then this workshop is for you!!

This Workshop follows my common-sense approach to looking at foods simply. But don't let that statement fool you into thinking you will leave with little knowledge. Quite the contrary! If you struggle with weight... or you are ill because of the foods you have been eating and don't know how to help yourself... or you struggle with how to eat healthier... THEN THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU!!

It is joyous to see positive transformations in your health and the health of your family. I often hear people tell me that my approach to food transformed their lives because their perspective of food changed, their knowledge of food shifted, and they became empowered to take control of their health...thereby altering what they feed their bodies.
