News Bulletin!

It's no secret that I was raised in the restaurant business and cooking has been a life-long experience for me.  Even years after I left the industry I continued to create for myself, friends and family... and also catered from time to time as well.  I share this with you because I just put together a new line of spice mixes and I will be introducing them to the public... for the first time... at this Workshop!

This is so exciting to me for several reasons.  One being, I love to share good food with others.  This line is organic, free of unnecessary fillers, and salt-free too!  What you get is pure fresh herbs in a foil bag.  The foil bag prevents the breakdown of herbs which occurs when light goes through glass jars.  I have often bought spices in jars and they, at times, are tasteless and dry.  Have you ever experienced this?  I usually don't by non-organic store spices because they have too much salt (a cheap filler) and chemicals.  If I buy non-organic, it needs to be from a reputable company that I can trust not to irridate it with too many chemicals.  This is just my personal preference.

Each foil bag is hand-measured and mixed so every packet has the same ratio of herbs, bringing a more uniform taste every time.  Another bonus... my prices are wholesale, making these much cheaper than retail costs at the market.

So... are you wondering what seasonings I have available?  Thought you would never ask...

  • Taco
  • Italian
  • Adobo
  • All Purpose
  • Chili Powder

These will eventually be made available online at this website, at my booth at the Madison Farmer's Market in April, and in the meantime... if you can't make the Workshop... you can always call me to pick some up at my place.
